Yes, models are most of the time skinny girl. But I personnaly think Whitney was right to call them skinny and ano, because it's not normal to have so much skinny girl and anorexia is a real part of the industry. Jaslene is probably not in good health, and you may say this pic is a bad angle, but she often looks too skinny. Like on the show, the nude shot. It was horrible, she was deadly skinny.
Deadly skinny. That's not terribly off-setting and begging for controversy. In case you didn't notice, the angle of this shot and the nude ice cream shoot is the exact same angle. Anyone with a flat stomach looks thinner at this angle. It's called an ILLUSION. Jaslene has a tiny frame. It's not obscene or abnormal for a girl like her to be thin, and saying so is terribly rude and offensive. Plus, there are many side effects of malnutrition and anorexia, such as hair falling out, stomach swelling, strange skin tone. Jaslene has neither, in case you can't tell.
I know that there is natural thin girl, but Jaslene is way to skinny, it doesn't look healty and most of all, it's not even attractive or nice on a photo. And look at this shot, it was on a different angle and she still looks too skinny and almost sick. (...)
Her body is great for modeling, but I personally don't find girls that skinny very attractive. But hey, it's not my preferences that count! She is... fierce.
I think Jaz is naturally skinny as hell. I mean she was in house for 3 months with other 12 girls, and no one mentioned a word about anorexia? maybe thats because she isnt anorexic shes just really skinny. Jaslene has one of the most modelesque looks of all ANTM. Maybe her chin disturbs some people a lil... well if you wanna see Jaz with a girly chin and a chubbier face, see Janice Dickinson in her younger days. I hope Jaslene is the second Janice. Even their names sound alike!
Yup, I agree with one of the first commenters. She actually should lose some weight if she is gonna go to Europe. She needs to get a little chink of fat off of her belly, and her cheeks look a tad chipmunkish. But for American modeling, she is great.
Please stop with the eating disorder comments! I'm not trying to be rude, but I really don't think she's anorexic. I think she's just naturally skinny, and it works for fashion, so more power to her (and david's right; that angle makes people look thinner--I've used that pose many times lol). I know people that skinny who constantly eat...and I'm pretty good at telling if someone had an eating disorder, being someone who has been dealing with anorexia for 6 years. It's your guys' opinions of course, but...
I agree with 12shadesofpurple. I used to think Jaslene was anorexic but then again it's not like her ribs are sticking waaaay out. I believe she simply has a small frame.
