I think it's just surprising because people are rare to critisize Anya, if it were Whitney, Saleisha, Dominique, Caridee, Jaeda etc. nobody would care

I guess this is my proof that even the Great Anya is not perfect. And some of these people are right: If this picture were of Whitney, there'd be no end to the "OMG, I knew Whitney would never amount to more than this--I knew she's not really a model!" Whereas if it's the Great Anya, people are shocked that not all her pictures are 5 stars.

I dont understand why this is wrong. I think it's fresh and healthy

It's mainly down to terrible photography and directing (if there was any).
