I really don't see anything that horrible about this photo that was enough to get her eliminated.

A little stiff, in both the face and body, she should of gone for it instead of moaning that she "wasn't that girl", she should of realised that as a model you get put into situations that you probably wouldn't be put in normally and that you have to get on with the job.

I agree Epoch,some of these girls whine when they have to do certain things like this yet they expect to be great models.Versatility and being able to portray what the client wants is what makes a top model in the real world and the fact that girls like Samantha don't realize that makes them really come off as very dumb/naive,even if they find sucess afterwards.

The one thing I like about this photo is that Samantha looks insecure like most of the girls who dress like this are. I know it's not intentional but it makes the shot a bit more interesting.

This picture was better than a handful of them this photoshoot.

This shot is so not as bad as the judges make it seem like. This shot was better than Cassie's, Shitney's and Nata's

The photo is bad, but she had more potential than Sarah and Whitney and her portfolio was way better, why didnt she make it to at least the makeover week to make her look more Supermodely

It's sad because if you look at all the High Fashion work she has done, it's more than most of the girls on top model history. She was in Seventeen and she was the second one eleminated!

^Seventeen is not HF by any stretch of the mind. ^^^Tyra meant she was too inexperienced and wasn't letting go enough, I actually like this photo but in a way that's different: she kind of looks like a hooker who is very apprehensive of what is about to come. She looks like a teenager who has gotten herself into some bad stuff and is giving up hope.
