well the key word was italian, and not renaissance. You just showed my point her shot was not a renassaince looking shot because she did not potray it. The fact that they are in an old italian castle built back during the italian renaissance, and the architechture does look like a architechture from the renassaince. It is not always the model that sets the tone sometimes it is the background

This shoot wasn't Italian and it wasn't Renaissance either. Tyra called it a modern/crazy Renaissance and this isn't. I don't know what this is. Perhaps baroque. Either way none of the shots scream Renaissance. Whitney should have left. And a doorway doesn't make a photograph.

This shoot was almost a disgrace to the Renaissance. However of course they're were stelar shots.
Tyra also contradicted herself in judging. When Natasha was kept over Dionne, Tyra said this competition isn't just about taking one bad photo and being sent home.
This is Kat's only bad shot. Sure her lingerie was too sexy but it was a mediocre shot and she said she only did a couple of those overtly sexy poses. Kat is wayyy better than Whitney

Well since a backdrop of an Italian castle created during the Italian renassaince with architechture that is of that time then what the hell does. Maybe if they stood in front of the Great Wall of China.

^ The styling made me think flapper. Especially with Kat. The building doesn't make it Renassaince, and not to sound like a pretentious art snob but anyone who thinks that clearly doesn't know much about Italian art. Sorry, but its true.

^Your right. (imo) Especially since I did several projects on it earlier in the school year. You can't even see the castle and its details with this horendous photography. The clothes and hair were hideous. Especially with this shot. When I think of Renaissance or even Baroque I don't think of this.

pretty sure you got a F on them all but Jay described that the castle was an italian castle created during the renaissance. Well obviously you pretentious art snobs need to start listening. And the building does set a scene if I went to the Great Wall of China dressed as ancient chinese warriors then would else could that say. So if I went to an italian castle made during the renaissance dressed in though ridiculous but loads of pearls and gold as they did during that time then you know that they are renasaince women, maybe not kats because the background can not be see, but in dom's and fatima's.

I actually got all A's thank you very much. And I SAID you can't make OUT the castle due to this horrendous photography. And you can't. Anya's shot is an example. The model and castle is practically all black. I'm aware it was built during the Renaissance. And not neccessarily. Looking at Renaissance fashion this doesn't scream Renaissance and it wasn't supposed to. I suggest YOU start listening.

^ Okay, we get it you don't like Katarzyna. But like I said THIS was not Renaissance. Just because they had on outlandish clothes and were in a Renaissance castle does NOT make it a Renaissance shot. Do you even know when the hell it took place? The early 15th century to the 16th century. No woman dressed like that at the time. Look at REAL Renaissance work for the proof. And don't you ever suggest that I know nothing about what I'm talking about again!

I thought it was Kata-jhunna-- I thought the "r" was sort of silent. Tyra always pronounced it KaTAR-jhenna. Then again, I'm not sure. I think her name was said correctly like twice the whole cycle. LOL.

^ Its not really a silent "r" But you have it right. On youtube Polish girls were pissed and offended Tyra didn't say it properly and they told me that most Polish names emphasize the last syllable. So thats how I remember.

No do not get me wrong I love Kat, but it just pisses me off when whitney is always looked upon as if she has no good pictures or qualities because you do not like her. Katarzyna is awesome I was actually rooting for her. She probably had a personality but being in a house of strangers most people seem to retract Why it is not like she did not try to get the name right though it was not that hard. I have decided that I will recap c10 to se if whit deserved her spot, if I find she does not I will apologize to each and everyone of you. Chances is that will not happen.
