FABULOUS!!! This is my favorite photo of her and they wrongly eliminated her. Love the body position and I adore how she looks like she's coming towards the camera, sort of like a very curious bird. Her bone structure is to die for. She really is a poor man's Lara Stone. I really hope she models.
Actually Tyra loved Celia, it was the other judges. Tyra told Celia that she saw a girl with a fresh face and interesting bone structure. Celia actually does look and photograph old, and I am not mad at them eliminating a girl for not having a fresh face, but to keep her to the final four, rave about her pictures, and style then eliminate her over a girl who is not as photogenic one week away from the finale is stupid that is what pisses me off. I still think she can model seeing that one of the designers said she can be a supermodel and she booked majority of her go-sees.
This is gorgeous, Tyra always gets it worng. And by the way how annoying was Paulina to Celia,Celia should have strangled her with allison's necklace and hid the body in the birds nest.
Celia didn't even deserve to be in the bottom 2, let alone eliminated. I think Tyra's dead-set on having either Teyona or Aminat win, and Natalie and Celia would have both been too much competition for them. Celia would do better than both of them in the Covergirl shoot and the runway, and Tyra wouldn't want that. But then again, when she wanted a plus size winner, she didn't have a problem with making Whitney the winner when Anya did way better the whole cycle.
Quit blaming tyra for eliminating every girl. Obviously every girl eliminated over sees was one of Tyra's favorites. She is the only judge who liked Natalie, the rest want her gone. She loved Celia and Fo. So blame some one else.
i agree with "sam'sboyfriend". the ONLY reason they eliminated her was because seventeen and covergirl are the prizes. if it was like a l'officiel cover and a YSL beauty contract, she would have won with flying colors XD
i wonder how paulina felt when tyra compared her and celia, saying they have the same cheekbones...probably pissed her off, since she has it out for celia for some reason
Maybe i'll get it one day, but i don't understand why she was eliminated. this pic is fierce! and with her good feedback in panel, i don't think anyone was expecting her to be eliminated...
its so funny b/c i bet if people didn't know Celia's age they wouldn't be focusing so much on that. I have to admit that she doesnt have the youngest freshest face in her pics but she certainly doesn't look like an 'old wench'. She's taken pics and performed way better in challenges than younger girls this cycle. Her portfolio is definitely better than aminats and I'm not really a huge Celia fan either.
