^Yes, the stoned expression and what looks to be a lack of sleep, added to the fact that her eyes are bulging out like she's just been smacked in the face leads me to believe that this does look like a drug addict.

Not sure what elite is going to do with a face/jaw like this but it is elite chic and not elite nyc so...I'm hoping not to have to look at her in too many mags.
