FashionFatale, I completely agree with you stating that we all have personal relationships with the Lord as Christians. However, one should not go about flaunting their relationship with the Lord as if it is flawless when it isn't. She was attempting to set an example of what Christians are, but these photos create a negative examplpe.
I don't think she went on ANTM to set any type of example as to what Christians are or should be. First off, she was a street preacher before ANTM and when I think of street preachers, I think of homeless people and inconsiderate people that don't consider other people's points of view. I also believe that if Tyra and Co. could have exploited her eating disorder more instead, the christianity angle would have fallen by the wayside and this picture wouldn't have half the comments it currently has. Just saying.
ok, ill admit i read playboy *gasp* and this really isnt the kind of picture thats usually in there. she looks classy and beautiful here, and shes just sitting there, not thrusting her chest out or pushing her boobs together like most playboy girls. it is surprising that she posed nude, but nothing that will doom her soul to hell for eternity so just calm down. from a fashion perspective this is a beautiful shot.
When I was reading through Wikipedia and in "Post Top-Model Careers" it said London was in Playboy, I was thinking, psh, yeah right. But i came here just in case..And whaddaya know London, you are like in my top 10 faves of all time. Even tho I dont think this is trashy, in fact its pretty artistic, its PLAYBOY! PLAYBOY, London! PLAYBOY! Bad London! Bad!
Ohmygoodness. I don't think Jesus wants her showing her boobs to the whole world. But it must be preshow because of the hair. Maybe it was pre-Jesus? Haha.
Well, regardless or not of if she wanted to be an example, her actions clearly made her one. And I will jump out of a twelve story building if I were to sit here and believe that the fact that she enjoys keeping herself alive by eating, could be considered a disorder. And maybe it wouldn't have half of the comments that it has, because if they focused on her "eating disorder" a.k.a. "enjoyment of physical health and life", then she would not have so many comments on this picture, because she would not have been as commonly portrayed as a Christian. Just saying.
