From what I can tell, we were pretty happy when Danielle C6 won. And we rooted for Nik Pace to win C5. The race card is a tired argument. We just hate undeserving models, not black ones. Sorry but it's true.
she has everything a cover girl needs except the spark in her eyes here. I'm sure she had better shots though, so cut her some slack. She still looks beautiful here..great face and skin!
Why would Tyra choose this one and not one with her gigantic fill teeth smile? I agree with TaiOfMine, this looks like it belongs in a hair magazine. She looks unenthusiastic and half asleep.
i really think that Tyra was still considering Raina to be the winner, and chose this pic in order to offset the praise Krista received the past weeks, with FCO photos, and challenge wins back to back..SHe needed a photo like this that would have "evened the score" somewhat. I personally think she could have chose a better photo, and compared the Commercials, to even the score. Because this should not be a national campaign!! love Krista though!
Okay, it's not that I dislike her, exactly, but I don't like how her face photographs, and her age is going to be an issue. Basically, she shouldn't have won, and she is certainly not the best winner ever.
Lol, you all hate her just because she is "old". You wouldn't say a word if you didn't know how old she is. Wait till you yourself are 24 and then tell me what is old and what is young. I don't like this particular picture, but it's obvious she can rock any runway or photoshoot if she only wants.
I don't think 24 is old in regular time, but it IS old for a new model. The problem is with Krista is that she's 24 and she often looks older than she is. Nicole Linkletter is 25 now I believe (I think so, I seem to remember her being 5 years older than me), but she doesn't look it, which works to her advantage.
