A lot of folks on here need to calm down about the black winners thing. Could you say "we had this exact same girl" comparing McKey to Yoanna? Or "Both Nicoles are the same?" No. Teyonna has proven to be a killer runway model with an uncommon look. I'm not sold on Krista yet (I think Alexandra shoulda won--she'd've been the plussie model who won despite not having constantly bitched about being a plussie, like Whitney) but she had solid photos esp twd the end. Besides, EVERY winner is a Tyra's pet

Well Teyona isn't that great of a runway model with her flapping arms, but she is a very good photo model. I never expected Teyona to be so photogenic, but she is and she is fierce.

And I agree, I wanted Alexandra to win, but I am ok with Krista winning and Krista and Raina being final 2. It helps that I didn't care that much about this cycle in the first place. Once Naduah, Ren, Simone, and Tatianna were gone this cycle was in the shitter as far as I was concerned.

I STILL think she let Krista win for Andre Leon Talley. Her race has nothing at all to do with it. Krista is not just Tyra's pet, she's ALT's as well.

Honestly I was really left indifferent this cycle after Alexandra and Angelea left....when Tyra picked Raina I was shocked....Raina has a smokin face, but her body proportions are lumpy, so because Alex and Angelea were gone, the only real winner I could pick was Krista....but Krista has the same face in every single photo so I was a little disappointed by the outcome of this cycle...Angelea could have been an ANTM success story and winner after Jaslene, especially given that she won the go-see challenge

^^And yet she walked in nearly 30 shows in Cape Town Fashion Week. XD A couple people have mentioned Krista winning because of ALT, and I think that's likely. This cycle was pretty disappointing for me, partially because most of the girls I liked were eliminated in the first few weeks.

I SWEAR I thought the same thing. I believe Krista is what they attempted to do with Teyona, yet is unfortunately much uglier. I hate them both so oh well.

@shiru You're right, I hadn't thought about the ALT factor. The show definitely had a different dynamic with him on... I think maybe that's why we lost so many of the girls we loved early on, because Tyra found the one person to judge that could actually intimidate her. Like she said, the only reason Alasia made it past week 1 is cos of ALT. Hmm... but yea, ugh for this cycle overall.
